Day 1: Arusha to Serengeti National Park
Depart from Arusha in the morning and fly to the Serengeti, arriving at a central airstrip (e.g., Seronera).
Start your adventure with an afternoon game drive in the Serengeti, known for its diverse wildlife and vast plains. Check in at your lodge or camp in the central Serengeti, such as Serengeti Serena Safari Lodge or Serengeti Kati Kati Tented Camp, for dinner and an overnight stay.
Day 2: Full Day in the Serengeti
Spend the entire day exploring the Serengeti with morning and afternoon game drives.
Look out for the Big Five, as well as the incredible Great Migration, if you visit during the Migration Season. Enjoy a picnic lunch in the heart of the Serengeti. Return to your accommodation for dinner and another night in the Serengeti.
Day 3: Serengeti to Ngorongoro Crater
Depart from the Serengeti and drive to the Ngorongoro Conservation Area. Arrive at the Ngorongoro Crater, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, and descend into the crater for a full-day game drive.
Witness the high concentration of wildlife, including lions, elephants, hippos, and rhinos. Have a picnic lunch within the crater. Check in at your chosen midrange lodge on the crater rim, such as Ngorongoro Sopa Lodge or Ngorongoro Serena Safari Lodge, for dinner and an overnight stay.
Day 4: Ngorongoro Crater to Arusha
After breakfast, depart from the Ngorongoro Crater and drive back to Arusha. Your 4-day Serengeti and Ngorongoro Crater Safari concludes with a drop-off at your accommodation or the airport in Arusha.
